Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Arthur & May, we strive to deliver our products to customers worldwide as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines, timeframes, and terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.

During Sales/Store Closing: Due to high volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of the order.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions. Arthur & May is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (including those to the US, UK, and Europe), additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country's customs office.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Arthur & May has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If a package is refused due to customs charges, any return shipping costs or fees will be deducted from your refund.
5. Delivery Accuracy & Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery or redirection for orders with incorrect address details.

Arthur & May is not liable for orders lost or misdelivered due to address errors provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
Arthur & May is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that the carrier confirms as successfully delivered to the address provided.
