Returns & Refunds Policy
At Arthur & May, we aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier tracking) to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order number and email) is required.
3. Final Sale & Store Closing Items (Exclusions)
Please be advised that Arthur & May is currently conducting a Store Closing Sale. Due to the significant discounts offered and the liquidated nature of our remaining inventory, the following rules apply:

All items purchased during the Store Closing Sale or marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These items cannot be restocked or exchanged once sold.

Personal preference, incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guides), or "change of mind" are not valid reasons for returns on Final Sale inventory.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return request for eligible (non-sale) items:

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost during return transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support@arthurandmay.com with clear photos of the item and the shipping label.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
7. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
